Adaptation: selected exactly nine named provinces; added Spanish display labels
(Concepción and Junín accents). No boundary vertices were manually authored.
Source simplified geometry retained in junin-provinces.geojson. Scripts project
longitude/latitude to north-up SVG using an equidistant cylindrical projection
at 11.5 degrees south, uniform scale and 0.01 SVG-unit rounding.
